I was functioning on the outside, but internally I felt overwhelmed, reactive, angry, exhausted, and disconnected from myself — stuck in a victim mentality. Over time, that stress showed up everywhere: in my relationships, my body, my health, my parenting. My nervous system was depleted and nothing I was doing was working.
Motherhood brought a lot to the surface for me.
So did a chronic auto-immune disease, burnout, loss of identity, and years of unresolved emotional stress. This work became less about "fixing" myself and more about understanding myself. Learning how to feel safe in my body again. Learning how to release built-up anger, regulate, slow down, and live differently — not just for myself, but for my son as well.
Now, I support women through that same process in a grounded and deeply human way.

Working with the body to create more safety, connection and awareness while learning how to slow down and actually feel what's going on beneath the surface. Beginning to regulate, soften and come back into the body.
Exploring subconscious conditioning, relationship dynamics, emotional triggers and the patterns that continue to play out within everyday life. Beginning to shift subconscious beliefs, survival responses and coping mechanisms that no longer feel supportive or aligned. Reconnecting back to yourself with more awareness, compassion and self understanding.
Building emotional resilience, communication, self trust and nervous system capacity so the changes become more sustainable within everyday life. Creating supportive practices, boundaries and tools to help you continue moving forward beyond the mentorship program.
For a long time, I looked like I had it together while quietly carrying stress, burnout after burnout, unresolved trauma and emotional overwhelm beneath the surface.
I spent years living in survival mode, disconnected from my body, constantly pushing through and wondering why life felt harder than it seemed to for everyone else.
Eventually, my body said enough.
What followed was a period of profound change. Autoimmune disease, breast implant illness, every unresolved thing I had came to the surface and the unraveling of the person I thought I was all came at once. I was forced to face it all, and change the way I was living my life.
That experience led me into the deeper work of understanding my nervous system, my subconscious patterns and the ways I had learnt to survive life.
Life still brings challenges. It always will. The difference now is that I have the awareness, tools and capacity to move through them differently.
This work isn't about becoming perfect. It's about building the capacity to hold the hard parts of life, while also creating more space for peace, connection, joy and everything that makes life meaningful.

Trauma can sound like a big, scary word, but it doesn't have to mean one huge event. It can also mean extended periods of stress, small wounds that added up over time, or feeling disconnected from your body or emotions. It's simply a word we use to describe what's been carried — so yes, you're welcome here.
This is a form of therapeutic support, but it's not psychology. If you're needing clinical or psychiatric care, you'll want to book in with a licensed psychologist. This mentorship is a holistic, somatic approach to healing, rooted in nervous system regulation, intuitive guidance, and lived experience.
Perfect. This is an amazing place to start. You don't need to have all the language or background, just a willingness to show up for yourself and be supported.
Yes! I do it, so I know you can too. I don't hold sessions with children present, because I believe this space needs to be just for you. You deserve that. That said, I'm flexible and happy to move things around when life happens. It's best if we lock in a regular time each week or fortnight so you can plan ahead and organise care during your sessions.

Yes, absolutely. You can split your payment into three instalments. There's a small admin fee added to cover processing, but this is a great way to secure your spot and ease into the investment.
I'm happy to reschedule your session with at least 12 hours' notice. As a mum myself, I totally get that things come up and I'll always do my best to accommodate where I can. That said, I also need to arrange care for my child, so I keep a firm 12-hour policy for appointment changes. Sessions that are missed or repeatedly rescheduled without notice may be forfeited. There are no refunds for change of mind.
Once your mentorship is paid, I will reach out and we will schedule all 8 sessions so you have your preferred times and dates secured. These can be altered and changed as we go, but having them secured means you know how to plan your calendar around them.
