A note from me
I spent the better part of 35 years living in a dysregulated nervous system. My default was collapse — keeping small, going quiet — and later, fight or flight, where everything felt like a threat. For a long time, that was simply how my body knew how to survive.
It’s only in the last twelve months that I’ve found real ability to regulate myself, and I’ll be honest with you: this work takes time. I don’t teach quick fixes. But starting — making small changes — is the key, and the rewards far outweigh the effort. I promise.
